What size water tank might I need?

The size of the tank you need will depend on how you plan to use the rain water you capture. The more rain water you require, the larger the tank you should consider. If you require advice on the matter, please contact the NextGenRoto head office. A member of our team will be able to help you.

What colours are available?

NextGenRoto have many colour options to choose from. Please refer to the water tanks to see what standard colour options are available. For more colours, head to your local NextGenRoto stockist or alternatively, give us a call and we can help.

Is the water from the water tank safe to drink?

NextGenRoto water tanks are made from UV stabilised food grade polyethylene and are BPA free, making them safe to drink from. Importantly however, an in-line filter should be installed if the water is to be used for drinking.

What is included with a NextGenRoto water tank purchase?

The pack includes 3 outlets, an inlet strainer, overflow flange, plus a 10 Year Repair or Replacement Warranty.

Is a NextGenRoto pump available for purchase?

We have a selection of pumps available to suit the water tank you choose. Please contact your local NextGenRoto stockist for which pump is right for your water tank.

Can the size and location of the tap outlet fitting be customised?

Yes, on round tanks only. Please ensure you request your preferred location at time of ordering.

Can NextGenRoto customise the size of a tank?

At this time, the tank sizes that are available are as per our website or in-store brochure. We are however always trying to meet the needs of everyone and increasing the availability of various sizes in our slimline, modular slimline and round water tank ranges.

How long is the NextGenRoto warranty on a water tank?
All NextGenRoto water tanks come with a 10 Year Repair or Replacement Warranty. For full details, please see our Warranty details.
Do you have stock available now?

All water tanks are made to order. We may on occasion have overstock, please enquire for urgent orders.

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery will be calculated on your order.  If in doubt please contact us. You can also refer to our Delivery Information.
What is the lead time from order to delivery?

Lead time is seasonal and can be between 2 – 4 weeks. For regional orders, it can take up to 4 – 6 weeks.

Can I pick up the tank directly from NextGenRoto for a faster turn-around time?

We do not hold stock as tanks are generally made to order – but yes you can pick up your tank to expedite this process.

Does NextGenRoto deliver directly to a specified address?

We can deliver your water tank directly to your preferred address.

Who can install the water tank?

NextGenRoto recommend a licensed plumber to install the water tank. If a non-licensed plumber conducts the installation, the 10 Year Repair or Replacement Warranty may be affected.
